New for 2014 – Holistic Well-being Coaching Drop Ins

Do you need a little help in your well-being journey?  Do you need some direction? Do you need a fresh start? Do you need some new strategies? Do you want to be a ‘healthier you’?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then attending a well-being coaching drop in session may be for you. This is not a supplement sales event.

Each session will start with a short talk and be followed by a question and answer period. Sessions are free and held in my home. My new location is Rockwood, Ontario (on Highway #7 between Guelph and Acton)

  • Wednesday, January 8, 2014, 1:00 p.m. – Understanding and eliminating food allergies. The importance of determining your weak list for improved health.

  • Wednesday, January 15, 2014, 1:00 p.m. – Determining your body pollution risks and implementing elimination strategies

  • Wednesday, January 22, 2014, 1:00 p.m. – Understanding and managing gluten intolerance

  • Wednesday, January 29, 2014, 1:00 p.m. – Entertaining new strategies to eliminate depression
