The picture above displays some of my herb collection. My study of the medicinal benefits of herbs while I was striving to recover my health, brought me the greatest gift. After many trial and error detoxification strategies, mostly designed to be consumed; I had a light bulb moment one day while taking a bath. In my studies to become a nutritional consultant it was clear there were many body parts and systems involved in the detoxification process. As a reviewed what I had tried so far to regain my health and the medicinal properties of herbs that I was drinking, I thought, ‘if my skin is my largest organ, why not use it to detoxify me more thoroughly?’ ‘What would happen if I used the medicinal herbs in a bath tea’? Well the results were amazing. The herbal bath tea mix was combined with sea salt, baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
