Peanut and nut allergies are serious concerns! Why is one person severely allergic to peanuts and another not affected. My oldest son, now almost 39, was extremely allergic to cashews when he was young. The doctor told me at the time that in the case of his cashew reaction, the body was probably reacting to traces of the toxins that were used to open the shell of the nut. The first time he had a severe reaction we were visiting family and he ate some peanuts which must have had some cashew residue (cross contamination) on them. We knew he was allergic to cashews at the time. It was a very terrifying and helpless feeling as he was rushed to hospital.
In the case of peanuts the same may be true. Most peanuts are also sprayed with fungicide which can cause the same type of skewed response. Even if you start eating only organic nuts after the initial event your body may still respond with a ‘skewed’ response due to the memory of the peanut/nut as the threat.
An allergic response is the body’s attempt to protect you against the harmful invasion (or perceived harmful invasion) by a substance. Although there are many genuine life threatening allergies, our bodies can mount an allergic (or other skewed) response to substances that are not really going to hurt us. What actually hurts you is the ‘skewed,’ anaphylactic or allergic reaction. This skewed response is sometimes the result of an initial assault by toxins or microbes and a body stress event (or combination of). After the initial assault is over the body is extremely vigilant about protecting against other substances. The brain saves this information and it now becomes a part of your brain’s database (software – association made), and the body’s operating system (mind/body) uses it the next time you consume the same item. What you believe and think (I’m allergic to ______) also becomes a part of that software. Sometimes the brain ‘overreacts’ and mounts a histamine reaction, immune or other body response to additional or all substances that the person is exposed to, including the foods that they are eating; especially those consumed around the time of the initial exposure to the toxins or offending trigger (or body stress event). Allergies, inflammation and chronic symptoms are just the ‘tip of the iceberg’.
To permanently eliminate allergies and chronic symptoms it is important to deal with the the ‘base of the iceberg’ issues and break the associations that are now apart of your body’s software that your operating system (mind/body) uses.
Chronic symptoms including allergies are the result of underlying ‘base of the iceberg’ issues. Chronic inflammation, for one, can seriously hurt the body and lead to more serious health concerns if not addressed properly. Focusing your attention and money on symptomatic relief like medications or permanent allergy elimination treatments for allergies and chronic symptoms, ‘tip of the iceberg’ symptoms, may not provide long term holding power without first addressing the underlying ‘base of the iceberg’ issues. If you experience serious allergic reactions you must have an ‘Epipen’ with you at all times. It is also important to have an Epipen to transition to 100% allergy free using my strategies. This can be a life saving measure. Ask your doctor for a prescription. Being prepared for allergy emergencies is a must.
Persons with allergies often also have multiple chemical sensitivities and other chronic symptoms, which can be the result of hyper sensitized areas due to toxins or base of the iceberg issues. The body makes associations based on whatever caused the original skewed or excessive response and continues to tap into that information (software – association made), which has becomes a part of the body’s cellular memory. There are many strategies that you can use to clear this information from cellular memory and operating system (mind/body) software.
Nervous system reprogramming which uses biofeedback is one strategy that can eliminate food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities and chronic symptoms permanently, by breaking the associations (updating the faulty software and memories your body has been using). The energy balancing therapy (biofeedback) used, can prevent the brain from reacting to the allergy, intolerance, sensitivity and symptom triggers by breaking the association. Allergies, multiple chemical sensitivies and chronic symptoms are eliminated permanently as long as the underlying ‘base of the iceberg’ issues are also resolved (e.g. body/mind pollution, etc. ). These issues cause interference, malfunction and confusion in the body – leading to skewed responses. There is only so much interference that the brain and body can tolerate (from stressors, toxic chemicals, environmental pollutants, telecommunications) before you start experience some type of symptoms. Minimizing all interfering factors is a good place to start.
From my experience, the best place ‘in hind sight’ is to start is with the cause – investigating, understanding and dealing with.
