Now that I know it has powerful health benefits – I have acquired a taste for it. Research shows that cilantro is a powerful heavy metal and toxin remover. The chemical compounds in cilantro bind to the heavy metals, loosening them from the tissues, blood and organs allowing for easy elimination from the body. If you live in or commute through an area with air pollution or regularly eat fish – cilantro is a necessary ingredient to add to your diet.

- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup almonds, cashews, or other nuts
- 1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves and soft stems or 15 drops of cilantro essential oil
- 1 – 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped or 4 drops of cilantro essential oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon spicy mustard
- 3/4 cup organic olive oil
