BOOKS: A Necessary Well-being Tool


My journey to improved health consisted of consulting various conventional and non conventional health practitioners, trying recommended and advertised ‘cures’, researching credible information sources and reading books by innovative and caring thinkers.

I now have quite a library of books and bookmarked sites that reflect the vast collection of information I have read and that is stored in my head.

If you are not reading articles and books, either from credible internet sources or authors; you are being deprived of a necessary tool for well-being. Although reading fiction comes with its own benefits, non-fiction books, including self-help books,  provide a wealth of inspirational and health promoting material. Books of quotes and funny stories can lift your spirits. So, even if you are not a reader; consider adding reading as a well-being tool. It could change your health and your life.
