As a holistic wellness practitioner I spend a lot of time talking to people about body pollution; how it gets in, how to prevent it from getting in and how to get it out. We are all polluted as a result of what we consume, breathe and absorb through our skin on a daily basis. It is a hard reality which many do not want to believe.
The evidence of body pollution is clear:
Once you accept this fact, the next step is to eliminate your body pollution. To do that you have to stop adding to the your body pollution and eliminate your current body pollution. Strategies for these can be found on my website DETOX page and in my book THE WHOLE PERSON WELL-BEING EQUATION.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BODY POLLUTION?
You are partially responsible for your body pollution. There are factors that are beyond your control like air pollution, work place toxins, polluted groundwater and contaminated foods. Every day you make choices about the products you will consume and use. Each of the decisions you make can come with a POTENTIAL POLLUTION COCKTAIL. The toxic chemicals and other ‘garbage’ that are a part of the body pollution found in humans and wildlife is every person’s responsibility. The products that are a part of your ‘lifestyle’, provided for you by manufacturers and other producers; create body pollution for you, wild life and the earth. That reality is so clear, of what we can see, let alone the toxin pollution that we cannot, in the short video MIDWAY by Chris Jordan. Click on the image to see the video.
